| 摘 要： | 补肾复方这一在中医理论指导下的产物被认为对老年性痴呆具有潜在的治疗价值,已逐渐受到国内外学者的关注。近10年来相关的研究成果显示:补肾复方对老年性痴呆具有较好的防治效果,其大部分不仅能够显著改善痴呆动物模型的认知功能障碍,而且对致病因素导致的大脑病理性改变也有积极的作用,有些补肾复方已经在临床观察中取得了可观的疗效。补肾复方这种促智抗老年痴呆的作用背后可能涉及某种或某些生物学机制,研究者们对其进行了广泛的研究并取得了一定的进展,但这些研究大多没有突出中医的特色。
