| 摘 要： | 目的探讨显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效。方法对92例脑胶质瘤患者施行显微切除术。术后随访1～8年。结果92例全切除68例，次全切18例，大部分切除6例。无手术死亡及严重并发症。半年内存活15例（16．3％），1年存活23例（25％），2年存活19例（20．7％），5年存活35例（38％）。结论显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤疗效满意，创伤小，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of microsurgery on glioma.Methods 92 patients with glioma were treated by microscopic resection.The patients were followed up for 1~8 years.Results The total removal of glioma was made in 68 cases,subtotal removal in 18 cases and substantial removal in 6 cases.Death and severe complications were not observed in all patients.0.5,1,2,5 years after surgery,the survival rates were 15(16.3%),23(25%),19(20.7%) and 35(38%)respectively.Conclusions Microsurgery can be employed to effectively treat glioma.Damages caused to normal brain tissues around lesion area are less severe and there are fewer complications than in tranditional surgery. |
