电灼加内服中药治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

目的 :探讨电灼加内服中药治疗尖锐湿疣 (CA)的疗效。方法 :用GD -Ⅱ型多功能电离子治疗机电灼、气化疣体 ,治疗组同时服用清热解毒祛疣汤 ,对照组则采用肌注干扰素。结果 :治疗组 5 6例中 5 0例治愈 ,随访 1年 ,6例复发 ,治愈率 89.2 9% ,对照组 5 6例中 35例治愈 ,2 1例复发 ,治愈率 6 2 .5 % ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :电灼加内服中药治疗尖锐湿疣有较好的疗效 ,效果优于电灼加肌注干扰素

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Fulguration Combining Chinese Medicinal Herbs Treating Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of fulguration combining Chinese medicinal herbs treating Condyloma Acuminatum(CA).Methods: The patients with CA in the therapy group was treated by fulgurafion combining Chinese medicinal herbs applying electrie spark therapeutic equipment,while the control group was treated by fuiguration combining interferon muscular injecting.Results In the therapy group,50 cases with CA were all cured and 6 cases recurrent by follow-up in 12 months,the cure rate was 89.29%.In the control group, 35 cases with CA were cured and 21 cases recurrent;the cure rate was 62.5% a significant difference existed between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:It has shown that the therapeutic efficacy of fulguration combining Chinese medicinal herbs was better than that of fulguration combining interferon muscular injecting.
