| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性脑梗死(ACI)病人血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化规律,探讨CRP在ACI发病中的作用及临床意义.方法用免疫浊度法对66例ACI病人的血清CRP水平进行动态观察(病程第1天、第7天及第14天),并与45例健康人进行比较.结果 ACI病人血清CRP从病程第1天即升高,明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),至第7天达高峰,以后降低;病情重型者明显高于轻、中型病人.结论血清CRP在ACI病人的发生、发展中起一定作用,并与病情程度呈正相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the regularity of fluctuation of serum C- reactive protein(CRP)level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)to investigate the relationship between the serum CRP level and the development and prognosis of ACI,and to analyze their clinical significance.Method The serum CRP level was determined serially (on day 1,7 and 14 after onset)by immune nephelometry in 66 patients with ACI and 45 normal controls. Results In ACI group,the serum CRP level increased on day 1 was significantly (P<0.01)higher than that in the control group,showing a highest serum CRP level in severe patients .It reached the peak value on day 7 then tended to decrease gradually.Conclusion This study suggests that serum CRP level may play a role in the development of ACI,and serum CRP level is positive correlation with severity extent of ACI |
