Abstract:Objective Optimization of ultrasonic cell crusher on conditions of extracting oligomeric proantho cyanidins from semen litchi was studied.Methods Effects of extraction: concentration of ethanol,the ratio of solvent to material and extraction time of semen litchi on the yield rate of proanthocyanidins were investigated and the optimum extraction process of proanthocyanidins was obtained through Box-behnken design test.Results The optimum process based on Box-behnken design test was as follows through response surface analysis method: concentration of ethanol was 46.67 %,the ratio of solvent to material was 28.98:1,and extraction time was 39.67 min on ultrasonic extraction method.The order of effects on the extraction of oligomeric proantho cyanidins was as follows: concentration of ethanol the ratio of solvent to material extraction time.Conclusion This study would provide reference for the effective utilization of proanthocyanidins from semen litchi.
