| 摘 要： | 目的评价实施健康教育路径对预防老年肿瘤患者便秘的效果。方法将73例老年肿瘤患者分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用传统方法进行便秘相关知识的健康教育,而实验组采用健康教育路径,比较两组患者发生便秘程度与对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组便秘发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=27.59,P0.05);实验组对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(χ2=9.58,P0.05)。结论实验健康教育路径,对预防老年肿瘤患者便秘是可行、有效的;且能提高肿瘤患者对护理工作的满意度。
