| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨硫酸镁对电离辐射诱发的脑组织损伤后大鼠学习记忆能力的影响.方法 将成熟的SD大鼠54只随机分为空白对照组、实验对照组和硫酸镁实验用药组,用5MeV电子线对实验大鼠进行20Gy全脑单次垂直照射,各组大鼠再随机分为照射后7d、14d、28d,于处死前3d进行Y迷宫学习,每日训练一轮,最后依次学习结束后休息24h,进行Y迷宫记忆测定.结果 实验用药组大鼠28d的Y迷宫学习记忆测试成绩明显优于实验对照组,7d、14d实验用药组大鼠的学习记忆测试成绩与实验对照组大鼠无明显差别.结论 早期使用硫酸镁可以有效地保护脑损伤,明显改善放射性脑损伤大鼠的学习记忆能力.
