摘    要:目的:探讨外源性神经节苷脂(GM1)对染铅大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。结果:健康两月龄SD大鼠60只, 随机分为对照组(20只),染铅1组(20只),染铅2组(20只),染铅组饮用0.2%醋酸铅去离子水,对照组仅饮用去离子 水,三个月后,染铅2组腹腔注射GM1 50mg/kg,对照组和染铅1组腹腔注射等量生理盐水,均为14天,观察各组体重及 活动状态,以改良的Y-迷宫试验检测各组大鼠的分辨学习能力和记忆保存能力。结果:染铅组大鼠体重低于对照组,学 习记忆能力较对照组明显减低,腹腔注射GM1后学习记忆能力有所改善。结论:外源性神经节苷脂可增强染铅大鼠的 学习记忆能力。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of exogenous Gangliosides on learning and memory capability of lead rats. Methods: 60 healthy 2-month Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 20), lead group 1 (n=20), lead group 2(n=20). The rats were exposed to lead by drinking 0. 2% lead acetate deionized water and the control group only by drinking deionized water for 3 months. The lead group 2 were injected J. p. GM1 50mg/kg for 14 days, the control group and the lead group 1 received saline in the equivalent volumes and duration also for 14 days. The locomotor activity and the body weight were observed. Discriminative learning ability and memory retention were tested in the improved Y-maze. Results: The body weight of the lead groups was lower than the control group's. The learning ability and the memory retention of lead groupl was degraded predominantly and the lead group 2 after injected i. p. GM1 was improved somewhat. Conclusion: Exogenous Gangliosides can enhance the learning ability and the memory retention of the lead exposure rats.
