出院病人的满意度调查分析

摘    要:目的了解出院病人对医护人员及环境的满意度。方法采用统一调查表,对1436名出院病人进行电话调查。结果病人满意度96.4%,对住院环境、医护人员的医德医风较满意。结论提高病人满意度,必须加强医护人员的职业道德教育;加强“三基三严”培训,提高医疗护理技术水平;医护服务必须讲规范,求质量;加强病房及后勤工作管理。

Abstract:Objective This paper intends to find out the discharged patients' satisfaction with the medical and nursing staff and the hospital environments. Methods Through surveying 1436 discharged patients by telephone interview with identical investigative list. Results To find out patients are very satisfied with the hospital environments, the medical staffs' profess sional competence and attitudes. The satisfaction is up to 96.4%. Conclusions In order to keep the patients' satisfaction ,should continue to stress education on the morality and technical training in medical workers, strengthen the management of sickrooms and other rear supplies for inpatients, so that to provide good quality and standard medical services.
