Abstract: | A case of a right coronary artery fistula into the right ventricle is presented. The clinical diagnosis was based on the presence of a continuous murmur best heard in the epigastrium, which increased in intensity and duration on inspiration . This report stresses the importance of this sign in the localization of the arterial fistula to the right ventricle. To the best of our knowledge, there are no previous reports of this sign. |
