| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨生化汤联合米索前列醇治疗剖宫产术后宫腔积血的临床效果。[方法]选择本院2004年1月至2007年12月剖宫产术后发生宫腔积血的患者118例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组口服生化汤和米索前列醇,对照组单服米索前列醇。[结果]观察组的子宫复旧、宫腔积血的治愈率明显好于对照组(P0.05),有效降低了清宫术的应用。[结论]生化汤联合米索前列醇治疗剖宫产术后宫腔积血效果显著,经济方便,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the clinical effects of Shenghua Decoction combined with Miso on hematometra of post-EPCS.[Method]Select 118 cases,randomly divide them into observation group(1) and control group(2);group 1 takes Shenghua Decoctio and Miso,other only Miso.[Result]The uterus recovery and cure rate of hematometra were markedly better in group 1 than other group;the method of group 1 effectively reduced uterus clearance.[Conclusion]Shenghua Decoction combined with Miso has obvious effect on the dise... |
