| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2005年1月至2009年1月间手术治疗42例左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床资料,并进行临床分析。结果本组42例患者均采用手术治疗,41例康复出院,1例术后因中毒性休克死亡。2例发生伤口感染,经对症处理后痊愈。本组随访时间为1～5年,复发23例,死亡23例,死亡率为57.14%。结论左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻应尽早进行手术治疗,并应正确掌握手术适应证,根据术中的实际情况,灵活运用手术方式,提高患者的生命质量。
