阴道液与血液中PGM_1亚型、EsD及GLOI表型相关性

摘    要:本文介绍了用等电聚焦电泳和琼脂糖淀粉混合凝胶电泳检测阴道液/血液对中葡萄糖磷酸变位酶(phosphoglucomutase,PGM_I)亚型、酯酶D(esterase D,EsD)、乙二醛酶Ⅰ(glyoxalaseⅠ,GLOⅠ)的表型的结果。部份妇女的阴道液未表现出其本人血液中的这些酶型,在阴道液中能测出的比例最高的是PGM_1 亚型,其次是EsD,最低是GLOⅠ。凡能显示清晰酶谱带的都与同一妇女血液中的表现型相同,未见不一致的现象。同时初步探讨了月经周期和性刺激对阴道液中PGM_I酶活性的影响。

Abstract:The phenotyping results of PGM1 subtype, EsD, GLO I in blood/vaginal secretion pairs, by using isoelectric focusing and mixed starch/agarose gel electrophoresis, were presented. The phenotypes of these isoenzymes could not be detected in some of vaginal secretions tested. The proportion of vaginal secretions that could be typed for PGM1 subtypes was highest among three isoenzymes, the next was for EsD. The proportion that could be typed for GLO I was lowest. A woman had an identical isoenzyme pattern in her blood and vaginal secretion so long as her vaginal secretion could be typed for these isoenzyme patterns. There was no inconsistent phenotype in blood and vaginal secretion of one woman tested. There were no various activities of PGMj in different period of menses. But after sexual action PGM1 subtype that was not detectable originally in some of vaginal secretions could be found.
