摘    要:目的:观察红芪多糖对培养人血管内皮细胞的影响。方法:采用酶消化法,体外培养胎儿脐静脉血管内皮细胞,观察红芪多糖对内皮细胞在正常、高脂血清不同培养条件下的影响。结果:红芪多糖在正常和2%高脂血清培养条件下均有降低细胞内过氧化脂质含量、提高超氧化物歧化酶活力的作用(P<0.01);但当高脂血清浓度达5%时,此作用丧失。对内皮细胞孵育液中前列环素无显著影响,对血栓素 B_2在不同培养条件下均有降低作用(P<0.05),起到提高前列环素与血栓素 B_2比值的作用。结论:红芪多糖对内皮细胞有良好地保护作用,使其免受高脂血清的损伤作用,起到维护内膜屏障作用,防止动脉硬化的发生、发展。

Effect of Hedysarum Polybotrys Polysaccharose on the Cultivation of Endothelial Cells of Human Umbilical Cord Vessels

Abstract:Objective:To observe the inhibiting effect of Hedysarum polybotrys polysaecharose(HPP)on the proliferation of vessel smooth muscle cell(VSMC)in different culticating conditions:In normal serum,hyperlipidic serum(HLS),and in macrophage-incubating fluid.Methods:Using trypsase digestive ferment to cultivate VSMC of human or rabbits in vitro for observation.Results:In either cultivating condition(in normal serum or hyperlipidic serum),HPP could reduce the lipid peroxide in cells and increase superoxide dismutase's activity.But when the concentration of hyperlipidic serum went up to 5%,the effect disappeared.In addition,HPP had no evident effect on PGI in endotheliol cell-incubating fluid,but it could reduce TXB in different cultivating conditions,so that it could elevate the ratio of PGI to YXB and delay the pro- cess of artweiosclerosis.Conclusion:HPP produces good protective effect on endothelial cells,preventing the latter from the injury caused by hyperlipidic serum,so that it protects the intimal barrier and prevents the occurrence and development of arteriosclerosis
