长春新碱对小白鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)的影响

摘    要:本文利用小白鼠研究长春新碱对活体骨髓细胞SCE的影响,研究抑制DNA复制的诱变剂,在活体条件下,诱变DNA损伤与修复方面的规律及其机制。本实验结果看不到长春新碱诱发小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变的剂量—效应关系。也看不到长春新碱诱发小白鼠骨髓细胞SCE与染色体畸变的相关性。

Abstract:Studies were carried out on the incidence of sister chromatid exchange-(SCE) in mouse bone marrow cells in response to vincristine (VCR) at different doses.Chromosomal aberration was also studied.The animals were divided into seven groups-six experimental and one control. Mouse bone marrow cells exposed to VCR at different doses resulted in quite significant changes in the incidence of SCE, as compared with the control animals. There seemed to be a dose-effect relationship at low doses,but the incidence of SCE was gradually-inhibited by higher doses of VCR. Eventually there was no dose-effect relationship between the incidence of SCE and VCR induction. Likewise,there was not any interrelation between SCE and chromosomal aberrations.
