精氨酸酶抑制剂对自发性高血压大鼠胸主动脉血管重构的影响

摘    要:目的 观察精氨酸酶抑制剂(nor-NOHA)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用及血管重构的影响.方法 WKY大鼠作为正常对照组(WKY组),SHR大鼠随机分为模型组(SHR组)与受试组(SHR-T组),每组10只,受试组给予nor-NOHA,模型组给予生理盐水,均腹腔注射,每周测最大鼠收缩压和体重,10周后采用Tricrome-Masson,Picric-Sirius red及Orcein 3种病理组织特染法观察大鼠胸主动脉中膜厚度(MT)、管腔内径(LD)、径腔比(M/L)、Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原及弹力纤维面积百分比值等指标的变化.结果 与模型组比较,受试组大鼠的收缩压明显下降,同时胸主动脉壁的MT,M/L,I型和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白均下降(P<0.05),但3组LD和弹力纤维差异无统计学意义.结论 nor-NOHA能降低SHR大鼠血压,并能对胸主动脉血管重构起一定的逆转作用.

Abstract:Objective To determine the effect of arginase inhibitor (nor-NOHA) on the blood pressure and on the vascular remodeling in SHR. Methods WKY rats were used as the normal control (WKY) and SHR were randomly divided into untreated model (SHR) and treated group (SHR-T).
