椎动脉型颈椎病规范化治疗的临床研究

目的：探讨如何对椎动脉型颈椎病（CSA）进行辨因论治的规范化治疗。方法：观察187例符合椎动脉型颈椎病诊断的病例，其中，男74例，女113例；平均年龄43．35岁。采用手法、颈椎牵引、中药离子导人、静脉给药、口服中西药物等中西医结合的综合疗法，通过观察治疗效果，进一步总结我科多年来治疗CSA的方法和经验，并结合文献报道加以论证。结果：187例中，痊愈74例，占39．57％；显效79例，占42．25％；有效34例，占18．18％；无效0例，总有效率为100．00％。结论：运用辨因论治的方法治疗CSA疗效肯定，合理、规范地选择综合治疗方法对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗有重要意义。

Clinical study on standard treatment of CSA

Objective： To study the standard treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis （CSA） based on pathogeny. Methods： We treated 187 patients with CSA by combination conservative methods, including manipulation, cervical traction, Chinese medicine introduced by hydronium, vena dropping, oral administration traditional Chinese or Western medicine. Among the 187 patients, 74 were male, and 113 were female, with the average age of 43.35 years. Combining our observe results and our many years＂ experience in treating CSA and clinical reports, we appraised the methods＂ curative effect. Results： In the 187 cases, 74 cases （39.57%） were cured, 79 cases （42.25%） were markedly effective, 34 cases （18.18%） were improved, and no patient had ineffective results. The total rate of effectiveness was 100.00%. Conclusion： The cura- tive effect of combination conservative methods based on pathogeny to treat CSA is good. Choosing therapeutic methods reasonably and standardly is very important in the treatment of CSA.
