摘    要:目的 :研究基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)中MMP 2、MMP 9及MMP 9抑制物TIMP 1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达情况及其在判断膀胱癌侵袭转移中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化LSAB法检测 90例膀胱移行细胞癌 (transitionalcellcarcinomaofbladder,TCCB)组织中MMP 2、MMP 9和TIMP 1蛋白表达水平。结果 :膀胱癌组织中MMP 2、MMP 9和TIMP 1蛋白表达显著高于正常膀胱黏膜。浸润性膀胱癌组织中阳性表达显著高于表浅性膀胱癌组织。阳性表达细胞在肿瘤 -间质界面较多。与病理组织学分级、分期均呈正相关 ;与肿瘤的复发和转移呈正相关。结论 :MMP 2、MMP 9和TIMP 1参与膀胱癌侵袭转移 ,在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达具有预后价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of MMP 2,MMP 9,TIMP 1 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB).Methods Ninety patients cases and 5 normal bladder tissues were studied by immunohistochemcial method.Results In TCCB,the expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were increased significantly compared with normal bladder epithelial and the positive expression of the invasive ones was higher than that of the superficial ones significantly.The positive expression tumor cells tended to gather in the tumor stroma interface.The expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 and TIMP 1 tended to increase in the tumor class and grade.In deadly and metastasis cases,the expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were increased significantly and in recurrent patients which was significantly different to that of patients who were free of tumor for more than 3 years.Conclusion These suggest that the expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 and TIMP 1 be useful in TCCB prognosis.
