氟伏沙明联合认知行为疗法治疗强迫症的疗效观察

目的 探讨氟伏沙明联合认知行为疗法治疗强迫症的临床疗效.方法 将120例强迫症患者随机分为研究组(氟伏沙明联合认知行为疗法)和对照组(单用氟伏沙明治疗),每组各60例,疗程12周,观察比较治疗4周,8周,12周后强迫量表、自我和谐量表评分情况及临床疗效.结果 研究组治疗12周后有效率90％,对照组有效率73.3％,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).治疗后两组Yale-Brown强迫量表和自我和谐量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.01),同期研究组均较对照组下降更显著(P＜0.01),两组副反应差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 氟伏沙明联合认知行为疗法治疗强迫症疗效更显著,优于单用氟伏沙明治疗.

Observation on therapeutic effects of fluvoxamine combined with cognitive behavior therapy in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder

ObJective To discuss the clinical curative effect of fluvoxamine combined with cog- nitive behavior therapy in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder. Methods In 12 weeks, 60 cases with cognitive behavior received fluvoxamine combined with cognitive therapy, the other 60 cases received only fluvoxamine therapy. Observation indexes included comparative observation of treatment for the Obsessive Compulsive Scale, self consistency and Congruence Scale score and clinical curative effect after 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the effect rate was 90% in the study group and 73.3% in the control group with significant differences （,0〈0.05）. After the treatment, the Yale- Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale and self consistency and Congruence Scale score were decreased significantly （,~〈0.01） in two groups, and the study group decreased more significantly than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in adverse reaction of two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder, fluvoxamine combined with cognitive behavior therapy provides effect more siqnificantly than that with fluvoxamine.
