早期肠内营养在急性重症胰腺炎的使用价值探讨

目的 考察早期EN的治疗效果,以探讨其应用价值.方法 将所有患者根据入院时间顺序平均分为治疗组和对照组两组,两组患者均进行常规治疗,对照组术后第三天应用全胃肠外营养(TPN)支持治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上术后第三天应用肠内营养.并根据徐旭东和王远志的相关研究指标对两组患者疗效进行评价.结果 两组差异比较,发现两组患者的治愈率、死亡率、平均住院时间和并发症发生率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).治疗组患者在CRP、WBC和血液淀粉酶等比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),治疗组患者显著低于对照组患者.结论 采用早期肠内营养支持后,治疗组患者的治愈率、死亡率、平均住院时间和并发症发生率都显著优于对照组患者,并且各项实验室指标也有显著改善,因此我们认为,EN可以有效地提高ASP患者的治愈率、降低死亡率,提高治疗效果,因此我们认为值得在临床当中推广应用.

Application value of early enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To explore the efficacy of early enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and investigate its application value. Methods According to the sequence of admission time, they were divided into treatment group and control group, all of them were given routine therapy, the control group was given whole stomach parenteral nutrition （TPN） supportive treatment three days after postoperation, while treatment group was added enteral nutrition on the basis of routine treatment. And then we evaluated the effects of two groups according to XU Xu-dong and WANG Yuan-zhi＇s standard. Re- suits After comparative study, we found that the cure rate, mortality rate, average hospitalization time and complication rate of two groups had a significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Among the patients in the treatment group, WBC and CRP of blood amylase were significantly lower than those of the control group patients. Conclusion We think it is worthy to be widely used in the clinic.
