循证护理在心脏瓣膜置换术治疗中的效果探讨

目的 探讨循证护理在心脏瓣膜置换术治疗过程中的临床效果.方法 选择2009年1月至2011年11月,在我科进行心脏瓣膜置换术治疗的患者120例,随机分为对照组和循证组,每组各60例患者,对照组采用一般的常规护理,循证组采用循证护理方式进行护理,比较两组患者治疗前后焦虑评分变化及术后生活质量差异.结果 对照组患者治疗前、后焦虑评分为(44.1 ± 8.3)分和(39.8±7.6)分,循证组治疗前、后焦虑评分为(44.3 ± 8.6)分和(31.2±5.8)分,且循证组在术后生活质量评分中也明显优于对照组,P＜ 0.05.结论 循证护理不仅能有效改善患者的焦虑状态更能明显改善患者的术后生活质量,值得临床推广.

Effect of evidence-based care in the double valve replacement in the treatment

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of evidence-based care in the treatment process of the cardiac double valve replacement surgery.Methods From January 2009 to November 2011, 120 patients were chosen in our department for cardiac valve replacement surgery, they were randomly divided into control group and evidence-based group, 60 patients with each group, control group with general routine care, evidence-based group with evidence-based nursing care, the anxiety score changes and postoperative quality of life （QOL） before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety scores of the patients in the control group before and after treatment were （44.1 ＋ 8.3） and （39.8 ＋ 7.6）, anxiety scores in evidence-based group were （44.3 ＋ 8.6） and （31.2 ＋ 5.8）, and the postoperative QOL score of the evidence-based group was significantly better the than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Evidence-based care can effectively improve the status of the patients＇ anxiety, more significantly improve the patients＇ postoperative QOL, which is worth widely used in clinic.
