摘    要:目的 研究肉苁蓉淫羊藿提取物的抗疲劳作用.方法 采用小鼠转轮停留时间、游泳时间比较肉苁蓉淫羊藿提取物与人参水煎液的抗疲劳作用.结果 空白对照组、人参水煎液组、药物Ⅰ组、药物Ⅱ组的转轮停留时间分别为(71.778±10.587)s、(103.111±8.195)s 、(86.667±6.206)s、(93.889±8.011)s,游泳时间分别为(252.889±20.301)s、(327.111±17.344)s、(304.333±21.147)s、(312.444±16.828)s.结论 肉苁蓉淫羊藿提取物具有显著的抗疲劳作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-fatigue effects of extractive from cistanche deserticola and epimedium on mice. Methods Rotarod performance test and swimming test were applied in com- paring anti-fatigue effects of extractive from cistanche deserticola and epimedium and extractive from ginseng water on mice. Result The dwell time during rotarod performance test and swimming test of test group were longer than those of control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The extractive from cistanche deserticola and epimedium is efficient on the action of anti-fatigue.
