空气波压力治疗仪在改善瘫痪肢体体液循环中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨空气波压力治疗仪在改善瘫痪肢体体液循环中的应用效果.方法 将106例下肢瘫痪病人随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组只进行原发病的治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加空气波压力治疗,比较两组患者患肢的水肿、深静脉血栓形成及不适感情况.结果 治疗前两组患肢周径差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗7d后差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗结束时差异有极显著性(P<0.01);观察组无一例DVT患者,患肢疼痛、疲劳不适5例,对照组DVT 5例,患肢疼痛、疲劳不适22例.结论 空气波压力治疗仪能明显改善瘫痪肢体体液循环.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of compressible limb therapy system in im- proving body fluids circulation of the paralyzed patients. Methods 106 patients who had lower limbs paralysis were randomly divided into test group and control group, 53 cases for each group. The situations of edema, deep venous thrombosis and discomfort of both groups in the paralyzed limb were compared, the test group was treated by compressible limb therapy system while the control group was only treated with the primary affection. Result The paralyzed limb edema, deep venous thrombosis and discomfort in the test group were much lower than those of control group. Conclusion The compressible limb therapy system can effectively improve body fluids circulation in the paralyzed limb.
