青木香生品及其炮制品的毒理学研究

摘    要:目的通过青木香生品和炮制品的急性毒性和长期毒性实验,比较生品和炮制品的毒性。方法采用小鼠急性毒性实验、大鼠长期毒性实验。结果青木香生品饮片半数致死剂量(LD50)为146.45g/kg,炮制品饮片LD50为846.06g/kg;长期毒性生品大中小3个剂量用药1个月后出现毒性反应,炮制品3个剂量组毒性反应较小。结论青木香用碱醋炮制可达到减毒目的。

Abstract:Objective To compare the toxicity of the raw and processed product of radix aristolochiae,acute toxicity and long-term safety evaluation were done. Methods Acute toxicity in rats and long-term safety evaluation in mouse were done. Results LD50 of raw radix aristolochiae and processed products were 146.45 and 846.06 g materials /kg respectively.Long-term safety evaluation shower the processed products had lower toxicity. Conclusion All these results indicated that the toxicity of the processed product were much lower than that of the raw material.
