| 摘 要： | 依据突发公共卫生事件特征，分析和探讨突发公共卫生事件社会影响的内涵和评估内容，探讨建立社会影响评估的理论框架，为突发公共卫生事件的社会影响评估提供科学可行的参考依据，为我国开展突发公共卫生事件社会影响评估研究和突发公共卫生事件应急管理工作提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | Based on characteristics of public health emergencies, this paper analyzed and discussed the connotation and contents of the social impact assessment of public health emergencies, and established a social impact assessment theoretical framework for public health emergencies in order to provide scientific and feasible theoretical reference for social impact assessment research and public health emergency management in China. |
