摘    要:目的:优选复方止颤汤的提取工艺.方法:采用HPLC测定钩藤碱、异钩藤碱、芍药苷含量;以钩藤碱、异钩藤碱、芍药苷提取率为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响.结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水提取2次,每次1h.结论:优选的止颤汤提取工艺稳定可行,提取率高.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of compound Zhichan decoction. Method: With the content of rhynchophylline,isorhynchophylline,paeoniflorin as index,which were determined by HPLC,effects of the amount of water,extraction time,extraction times on extraction technology was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test. Result: Optimal extraction technology conditions were as followings:extracted 2 times with 10 folds the amount of water,1 h per time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible with high extraction rate.
