山东省护理学专业男生职业态度现状及影响因素研究

目的了解山东省3所医学院校在校护理学专业男生的职业态度现状,并分析其相关影响因素,方法采用自设一般情况问卷、职业态度影响因素问卷和护士职业态度量表,对山东省3所院校护理学院208名男生,387名女生进行问卷调查结果①护理学专业男生职业态度总体得分（5.03±0.87）分,和女生比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。②护理学专业男生职业态度的影响因素为入学志愿、职业兴趣、母亲受教育程度、自我实现、其他专业同学对护理职业的态度、生理需求、学校对本专业的重视程度、社会交往、尊重需要。结论护理学专业男生总体职业态度中立偏积极,职业态度受到个人自身因素及社会环境等多方面因素的影响,护理教育者和护理管理者应从多方面、多渠道满足男生自我实现的需要,促进其形成稳定积极的职业态度

Study on professional attitudes of male nursing students and its influencing factors in Shandong province

Objective To investigate the current status of professional attitudes and its influencing factors among male nursing students from three medical universities in Shandong province.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on general information and influencing factors on the occupation,and a questionnaire on professional attitudes were applied to investigate and analyze the professional attitudes of 208 male nursing students and 387 female nursing students.Results For male nursing students,the score of professional attitudes was 5.03±0.87.The influencing factors on male nursing students＇ attitudes were as follows：college,vocational interest,maternal educational level,self-realization,the attitudes of students from other majors towards nursing,physiological demand,school＇s emphasis on the profession,social needs,and esteem needs.Conclusion The overall professional attitudes of male nursing students are neutral with positive tendency,professional attitudes can be influenced by multiple aspects including personal and social factors.Nursing educators and managers should meet the needs of male nursing students＇ self realization from multiple aspects and multi-channels to make them form the positive professional attitudes.
