某院2011～2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用分析

目的：调查榆次区人民医院近两年来住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,并对其合理性进行分析,以提高抗菌药物的合理使用水平。方法：对榆次区人民医院2011～2012年住院患者抗菌药物的销售量、销售金额、用药频度等进行分析。结果：2011～2012年抗菌药物的品种相对稳定,销售金额占西药销售金额的比例减小,限制使用和特殊使用抗菌药物所占比例增加。结论：抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍然存在问题,应进一步加强管理。

Analysis of Antibacterials Consumed by Hospitalized Patients from July 2011 to June 2012 in a Hospital

Objective： To analyze the rationality of the usage on antibacterials by investigating the condition of an- tibacterials consumed by inpatients in order to improve the level of the rational.
