微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折70例的临床报告

目的评价微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析该院经治的微型钢板内固定的70例81处掌指骨骨折病例。并记录患者发生感染、骨不连、延迟愈合、关节僵硬等并发症的情况。术后随访2～15个月,平均4.2个月。结果 81处骨折中41处愈后优,32处愈后良,8处愈后不佳,优良的比率占总例数的90.1%。结论微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折,在术后关节功能的恢复情况及缩短骨折愈合时间并减少并发症的发生有着一定的优势,是掌指骨骨折的理想治疗方法。只要能合理的掌握手术的适应症,术后早期进行功能的锻炼,就能取得理想的疗效。

Conclusion Miniature plate internal fixation for palm phalanx fractures, in the postoperative recovery of joint function and shorten the healing time and reduce complications have certain advantages,is the ideal of palm phalanx fracture treatment .As long as a reasonable grasp of the operation indication, early postoperative function exercise, can achieve the ideal effect.
