| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预防食管癌患者术后肺部感染的护理方法。方法对22例食管癌术后患者采取腹式呼吸训练结合雾化吸入。结果 22例食管癌患者术后均未发生肺部感染。结论食管癌术后采取腹式呼吸训练结合雾化吸入,可以提高患者的运动能力和排痰能力,从而有效预防术后肺部感染。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing method for preventing pulmonary infection of the patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 22 patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery were treated by abdominal breathing training combined with aerosol inhalation.Results None of 22 patients had pulmonary infection after esophageal cancer surgery.Conclusion Application of abdominal breathing training combined with aerosol inhalation after esophageal cancer surgery can improve the athletic ability and sputum-dispelled capacity of patients in order to effectively prevent postoperative pulmonary infection. |
