角膜新生血管形成的分子生物学研究进展

摘    要:角膜新生血管并非严格意义上的某种疾病,而是许多角膜疾病的一种共同病理改变。正常生理状态下角膜组织透明无血管,角膜新生血管常继发于眼部物理化学性损伤、感染等眼部疾病。角膜新生血管的形成机制较为复杂。近期的研究发现,众多因子直接或间接参与角膜新生血管的形成。现就这些因子促进角膜新生血管形成机制的研究进行综述。

Abstract:Corneal neovascularization is not a particular disease in a strict sense,but a common pathological changes of various corneal diseases.Under normal physiological conditions,corneal tissue is transparent with no vascular.Corneal neovascularization is often secondary to physical and chemical injury,infection and other kind of eye diseases.The formation mechanism of corneal neovascularization is complex,in which many factors are directly or indirectly involved according to recent study results.Here is to make a review on the mechanisms of these factors in the promotion of corneal neovascularization.
