放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗局限性骨转移癌临床疗效观察

目的探讨放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗局限性骨转移癌的疗效。方法将45例局限性骨转移癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组23例给予放射治疗以及唑来膦酸治疗,对照组22例单纯给予放射治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果观察组疼痛缓解率95.7%,对照组90.9%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组骨转移灶修复率（56.5%）高于对照组（27.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P=0.047）;放疗后1年,观察组疾病进展率21.7%,对照组45.5%,差异无统计学意义（P=0.092）。观察组的不良反应主要是一过性低热和恶心,两组均无放疗相关毒性反应发生。结论放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗局限性骨转移癌疗效确切,修复溶骨病灶较明显,对新发转移灶的发生有一定的抑制作用。

Radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of limited metastatic bone cancer

Objective To observe the applicative values with limited metastatic bone cancer by radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid.Methods 45 patients with limited metastatic bone cancer were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group（23cases） received zoledronic acid and local radiotherapy,the control group（22cases） received local radiotherapy alone.the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The remission rate in observation group（95.7%） was higher than that of the control group（90.9%）,but that is no statistical significant differences in the two groups（P〈0.05）.The recalcification rate in observation group（56.5%） was higher than that of the control group（27.3%） P〈0.05）;Affter radiotherapy one year,the proportion of patiens with new metastasis formation in observation group（21.7%） was lower than that of the control group（45.5%）,but that is no statistical significant differences in the two groups（P〈0.05）.Low grade fever and nausea were observed in observation group,that is no radiotherapy toxicity reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Local radiotherapy combined with Zoledronic acid for limited metastatic bone cancer is effective in relieving pain,improing bone recalcification and reducing the formation of new metastasis.
