| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普外科手术患者手术部位感染（surgical site infection，SSI）的易感因素及预防措施。方法对2007年1月至2008年6月普外科住院的937例手术患者进行回顾性分析。结杲937例普外科手术患者中有31例患者发生SSI，感染率为3．31％。通过对比发现，手术时间过长、污染类手术、患者内在因素以及不合理使用抗生素等是普外科手术引起SSI的易感因素。结论加强手术室感控管理、缩短手术时间、合理使用抗生素以及改善患者营养状态提高患者抵抗力等能有效预防SSI的发生。
