| 摘 要： | 目的应用经颅多普勒超声（TCD）观察脑积水患者行侧脑室腹腔分流术治疗前后的血流动力学改变，评价治疗效果。方法用TCD检查仪检测脑积水患者术前、术后的动脉血流速度、频谱形态、PI指数、RI指数。结果PI指数、RI指数、频谱形态及血流速度在手术前后有显著变化（P〈0．01）。结论可用TCD间接评价脑积水侧脑室腹腔分流术的临床治疗效果。
