94例老年股骨颈骨折患者的相关危险因素分析及护理

目的探讨老年人股骨颈骨折致病的危险因素并提出护理对策。方法回顾性分析2006年1月-2007年12月94例在本院住院的老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床病例资料。结果94例股骨颈骨折患者中60岁以上者有86例．占91．5％；84例患有基础疾病，占89．4％；83例为跌倒致伤，占88．3％；68例为雨雪天气条件下致伤，占72．3％。结论护理人员应针对老年人股骨颈骨折的危险因素，进行有效的护理干预，以降低老年人股骨颈骨折的发生率。

Risk factors related to femoral neck fracture in 94 elderly patients and nursing

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis risk factors of elderly femoral neck fracture and summarize corresponding nursing intervention. Method Retrospectively, the clinical histories of 94 elderly hospitalized patients with femoral neck fractures during January 2006 to December 2007 were reviewed and analyzed. Result Among the 94 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, 86 cases were more than 60 years old, accounting for 91.5%, 84 cases suffered from underlying diseases, accounting for 89.4%, 83 cases got injured from failing, accounting for 88.3% and 68 cases were injured from storms and snowing, accounting for 72.3%. Conclusion Nurses should pay special attention to the risk factors of elderly femoral neck fracture, effectively take nursing intervention measures and conduct health education in order to reduce the incidence of the femoral neck fracture.
