Abstract:Third generation implantable cardioverter defibrillators are capable of complex arrhythmia detection using sensing algorithms with automatic adjustable gain settings. We report a unique case where inappropriate sensing of atrial tachycardia in a patient with a His bundle ablation lead to satisfaction of ventricular fibrillation detection criteria.
