摘    要:目的:研究急性脊髓损伤后,自主神经异常反射(autonomic dysreflexia, AD)与降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide, CGRP)阳性神经元的相关性。方法:用Wistar大鼠制作急性脊髓损伤模型,分别于损伤后0,3,6,9,12,15d连续观测大鼠的AD和CGRP阳性神经元光密度的变化。结果:在损伤后15d内CGRP阳性神经元密度增高与时间呈二次函数变化,AD与脊髓内交感神经节前神经元及相关神经元突触重建部分相关。结论:大鼠急性脊髓损伤后CGRP阳性神经元密度随时间呈函数变化,并且AD与CGRP阳性神经元的生长有相关性。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between the autonomic dysreflexia(AD) and positive neurons of the calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in rats following an acute spinal cord injury.Method: Changes of the AD and the dendrite of the CGRP positive neurons were produced at day 0,3,6,9,12,and 15 in Wistar rats following an acute spinal cord injury(SCI).Result: CGRP increased in a time-dependent manner by a quadratic function in 15 days.There was a correlation between the AD and the restitution of the CGRP positive neurons.Conclusion: CGRP increases in a time-dependent manner by a quadratic function.There are relationships between AD and CGRP positive neurons.
