| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果及安全性。方法对50例精索静脉曲张患者行腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术,并随访观察疗效。结果50例手术均获成动,术后临床症状消失,精液质量显著提高,随访3~6个月未见复发。结论腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术具有创伤小、恢复快、效果好、并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety, advantage of laparoscopic varicocele high ligation in treatment of varicocele. Methods 50 cases with varicocele were/treated by laparoscopic high ligation. Results The operations were successful in all the cases, with symptom free and quality- improved sperm. During the follow up of 3 to 6 months, no case recurred. Conclusion Laparoscopie high ligation in varicocele has advantages of minirnal invasiveness, safety, effective, quickly rehabilitation and lower complication. |
