某高校大学生不合理用药的现状及对策

目的了解高校大学生不合理用药现状,探讨不合理用药的对策。方法采用自制问卷,随机抽取300名在校大学生,对不合理用药状况进行调查。结果高校大学生不合理用药率达27.7%,无论病情是否需要,要求输液者达65.3%,用药只关心疗效占69.7%,用新药、贵药、进口药占36%。结论加强大学生药物基本知识教育刻不容缓,普及用药知识对大学生的身心健康和学业的顺利完成有重要的意义。

Survey on unrational drug utilization among college students and its countermeasures

Objective To explore unrational drug utilization among college students in order to find out the countermeasures against this problem.Method A total of 300 college students were enrolled in this study by answering a self-completion questionnaire.Result 27.7% of the 300 college students had used drugs incorrectly.65.3% of them asked for transfusion when it was not necessary according to the state of illness.The adverse effects of drugs were neglected in 69.3% of them.36% of them believed that the new drugs,expensive drugs or imported drugs had better curative effect with little adverse effect.Conclusion To use drugs correctly,a basic knowledge about drugs is required.More health education is needed for college students in the rational drug utilization.
