| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨β-受体阻滞剂对心力衰竭的治疗效果.方法 选择心力衰竭患者60例,在常规利尿、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、强心药物治疗的基础上,加用β-受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗3个月、6个月,对照比较治疗前后左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、心胸比例,评估其临床效果.结果 使用美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭后能使患者左室射血分数增加,左室舒张末期内径减小,心胸比例缩小.结论 在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗的基础上加用β-受体阻滞剂美托洛尔可明显改善患者的心功能,提高生活质量,提高生存率.
