Studies on the quality standard of Chaihuruan Capsule

OBJECTIVE To establish quality control method for Chaihuruan Capsule. METHOD Thunberbg fritillary bulb、Poria、pangolin scales、degelatined deer-horn were identified by microscopical chatacteristics.Chinese thorowax root and Atractylodes macrocephalae were identified by TLC method. RESULTS The Micro feature of thunberbg fritillary bulb、Poria、pangolin scales、degelatined deer-horn were clear.Saikosaponian a、Saikosaponian c、Saikosaponian d and control herb of Atractylodes macrocephalae could be idetified by TLC in the same side . CONCLUSION The method is simple and feasible,highly accurate and precise. It can be used for the quality control of Chaihuruan Capsule.
