| 摘 要： | 目的了解本地区婴幼儿A组轮状病毒(RV)的感染状况。方法采用免疫层析双抗体夹心法对山东省东营市第二人民医院2009年11月至2010年10月收治的432例婴幼儿腹泻患儿的粪便标本进行A组RV抗原检测。结果在432份婴幼儿腹泻患儿的粪便标本中共检出RV阳性标本157例,阳性率为36.3%;其中在2、3月份共有86例RV阳性粪便被检出,占54.8%,在6个月至2岁年龄段的婴幼儿中有92例RV阳性标本,占58.6%,被检出的157例RV阳性标本中有男性患儿83例,占52.9%;女性患儿74例,占47.1%。结论 A组RV是引起的婴幼儿急性腹泻的主要病原,每年冬季11月到次年1月份最为集中,其中6个月至2岁年龄段为婴幼儿A组RV感染的高峰期。
