| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年急性胆囊炎患者早期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)围术期处理的方法.方法 以60岁以上老年急性胆囊炎患者76例为治疗组,以同期收治的60岁以上老年非急性胆囊炎患者42例为对照组,均给予LC术,比较2组疗效.结果 治疗组手术时间较对照组长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组术后并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 只要充分围术期处理,掌握手术适应证,老年人早期行腹镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的.
