| 摘 要： | 目的 评价131I与抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗Graves甲亢的疗效.方法 将240例甲亢患者随机分为2组,分别用131I和ATD治疗,治疗后随访2年.结果 131I治疗Graves甲亢的疗效优于ATD;发生突眼方面两者之间的差异无统计学意义;131I治疗后甲减的发生率高于ATD;Graves甲亢治愈后复发明显低于ATD治疗,出现甲亢性心脏病、血像、肝功能受损等方面低于ATD.结论 131I治疗Graves甲亢疗效明显优于ATD治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of Graves'hyperthyroidism with 131I and ATD. Methods 240 clinical patients with Graves'hyperthyroidism were collected.They were divided into 2 groups treated with ATD and 131I to compare the total curative effects.All patients were followed up for 2 years.
