四联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌的临床研究

目的观察埃索美拉唑铰、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、克拉霉素四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染的临床疗效。方法将64例HP感染患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例，对照组给予埃索美拉唑镁，治疗组在此基础上加用阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星和克拉霉素，疗程结束后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组在溃疡愈合及HP根除率方面均明显优于对照组，不良反应轻微。结论埃索美拉唑镁、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、克拉霉素联用治疗HP感染的消化系统疾病疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical study of quadruple therapy on treatment of helicobacter pylori

Objective To observe the effect of esomeprazole magnesium, amoxicillin, levofloxacin and clarithromycin quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori （HP） infection. Methods 64 patients with HP infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 32 patients in control group were treated with esomeprazole magnesium. 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with esomeprazole magnesium, amoxicillin, levofloxacin and clarithromycin. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The results demonstrated that the combination of esomeprazole magnesium, amoxicillin, levofloxacin, clarithromycin treatment of HP infection in the digestive system disease, ulcer healing and HP eradication rates were significantly better than that of esomeprazole magnesium treatment. Conclusion It is effective to treat HP infection in digestive diseases with four drugs combined treatment.
