高压氧综合治疗早期新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效分析

目的探讨应用高压氧综合治疗早期新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效及预后。方法将73例中、重度早期HIE新生儿进行高压氧综合治疗作为治疗组，将68例中、重度早期HIE患儿应用常规治疗作为对照组。所有病例均于出生后3、6、12、18个月龄进行检测。结果治疗组中，患儿在12—14d NBNA评分、在3、6、12、18个月龄时的发育商（DQ）值和预后不良的发生率与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用高压氧综合治疗早期新生儿HIE疗效显著，对预后情况有明显的改善。

Therapeutic effects of HBO in treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in newborn babies

Objective To study the therapeatic effects of HBO in treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in newborn babies.Methods 141 newbron babies with HIE were randomized into two groups: the HBO group (73 cases,babies with severe HIE) were treated by HBO,and the normal control group (68 cases) were treated in the normal way.At 3,6,12,18 months follow-up visits,all the patients were measured by Gesell Scale-R revised by Capital Pediatrics Research Institute.Results The NBNA scoring at 12-14 days,the developmental quotient (DQ) at 3,6,12,18 month and the rate of unfavourable prognosis in the HBO group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusions HBO had significant therapeutic effects on newborn babies with HIE.
