| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨样品体积分数（SVF）在高酶活力血清测定中的影响。方法：在反应总体积不变的情况下，改变SVF，观察对酶活性测定结果的影响。结果：SVF的改变对CK影响最大，AST和LD次之。结论：选择适当的SVP在酶活性测定中非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of SVF on measurement of serum with high enzyme ability.Methods:With the total reaction volume being constant,measure the enzymes AST,LDH and CK in serum while their SVFvaries.Results:The effect of SVF on CK was evident,that of AST, LDH to a less extent.Conclusion:SVF has an clear effect on clinical measurement of enzyme,and it is important to select the optional SVF. |
