| 摘 要： | 目的了解本市高中学生乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)阳性情况,为学校有效控制肝炎在学生中的传播提供依据。方法对16517名参加高考的学生采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测HBsAg、采用连续监测比色法检测ALT。结果HBsAg阳性率为9.56%,高于社会人群9.09%的携带率,男生阳性率(10.97%)高于女生(7.46%)。ALT阳性率为1.36%,男生(1.56%)高于女生(1.13%)。结论应加强高中学生的健康查体,乙型肝炎疫苗的预防接种,肝炎防治知识的宣传教育等工作,降低乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染率和肝炎发生率,保证学生的身体健康。
