| 摘 要： | 目的 报告并评价 4 3例硬膜外血肿的微创碎吸术及效果。方法 对 4 3例外伤性硬膜外血肿采用YL - 1型穿刺针碎吸治疗 ,用含肝素、尿激酶的冰生理盐水冲洗、液化血肿并引流。结果 4 3例中 ,11例采用微创碎吸后不满意而开颅手术 ,32例微创碎吸成功。结论 硬膜外血肿已发生脑疝及生命体征不平稳者采用开颅手术 ;对生命体征平稳 ,出血量在 2 5～ 5 0mL ,无脑疝 ,采用微创碎吸术效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To report and assess the micro-invasive clearance of epidural hematoma and its effect. Methods 43 cases of epidural hematoma patient were treated with YL-1 catheter to clear the hematoma. Results 32 cases were gained successfully and 11 cases were not satisfactory and turned to craniotomy. Conclusion The craniotomy should be used for epidural hematoma who might have cerebral hernia and unstable vital signs. The hematoma which is 25～50 ml without hernia should use micro-invasive operation and get better results. |
