| 摘 要： | 探讨了目前构建社会主义和谐社会中,新型农村合作医疗制度应遵循的基本原则、实施后取得的成效及存在的问题,阐述了加强新型农村合作医疗制度的政策及立法建议,提出必须坚持科学发展观,积极探索,努力创新,扎扎实实地做好新型农村合作医疗的试点工作。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the basic principles,achievements and problems of new rural cooperative medical systems in the process of building harmonious society of socialism. Furthermore,it also discussed the policies and legislative advices in order to strengthen the construction of new rural cooperative medical systems. Author thought that we should stick to scientific viewpoint of development and actively explore and do our best to reform in order to finish experimental work of new rural cooperative medical systems. |
